Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 11 October 2026
This policy applies to passes and subscriptions for the TBTflow dashboard at tbtflow.com, operated by MarketQuants Private Limited ("we", "us"). Payments are processed by Razorpay.
1. How passes and subscriptions work
TBTflow is sold as a one-time pass for 7 days, 1 month (31 days) or 3 months (92 days). A pass is paid once, does not renew automatically, and nothing is charged later; access ends on the date shown in your account.
Subscriptions started before passes were introduced (founding members) continue on their current terms: they renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel, and renewal charges are made to your saved payment method via Razorpay.
2. Cancelling your subscription; ending a pass
- A pass has nothing to cancel: it simply ends on its end date. Unused days of a pass are not refunded if you stop using it early, except as set out in Sections 3 and 4 below.
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings, or by emailing [email protected] from your registered email address.
- To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date.
- After you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund the remainder of a billing period on voluntary cancellation, except as set out in Sections 3 and 4 below.
3. Pro-rata refund for extended data-stream or service outage
TBTflow depends on third-party market-data streams. We do not take an "all sales are final" position. You are entitled to a pro-rata refund of unused paid days if either of the following occurs:
- Data-stream discontinuation. The underlying market-data stream that powers the dashboard is discontinued (for example, by the upstream data vendor) and we cannot restore equivalent data coverage; or
- Extended material unavailability. The Service is materially unavailable — meaning its core dashboard functions do not work during market hours — for more than 5 consecutive scheduled trading days.
In either case, we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period or pass, calculated pro-rata by day from the first day of the qualifying outage, to your original payment method. Scheduled maintenance announced in advance, brief intraday interruptions, and outages caused by your own device, network, or browser do not qualify.
4. Other refund cases
- Duplicate payment. If you are charged more than once for the same billing period or pass (for example, due to a payment-gateway retry), the duplicate amount will be refunded in full once verified.
- Payment charged but no access. If your payment succeeded but your pass or subscription was never activated, contact us; we will activate access from the date of resolution or refund the payment in full.
- Termination by us without your breach. If we terminate your account for a reason other than your breach of our Terms of Service, we will refund unused paid days pro-rata.
5. What is not refundable
- The current billing period after a voluntary cancellation (you keep access until it ends).
- Unused days of a pass you stop using early (you keep access until it ends).
- Dissatisfaction with your personal trading results. TBTflow is a data-analytics tool; it makes no promise of trading outcomes (see our Disclaimer).
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with:
- your registered account email,
- your Razorpay payment ID, order ID or subscription ID, and
- a short description of the issue (for outage claims, the dates affected).
We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
7. Refund processing timeline
Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days and are credited to your original payment method via Razorpay. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount may take additional days to reflect in your statement.
